Harry’s Continental Kitchens re-opens
Harry’s is back: Harry’s Continental Kitchens re-opens Oct. 7. A three-course prix fixe menu will be offered 5-9 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday for $25 a person, $35 with premium wine pairings. Appetizers include Oaxaca chili marinated gulf shrimp with petite salad and queso fresco; house salad with candied bacon, hardboiled egg, onions, tomato, cucumber and ranch dressing; or grilled soy-ginger marinated skirt steak satay. Main courses include seared fresh herb crusted local snapper, Florida lobster raviolis, and chicken and andouille sausage fettucini. Third course features house desserts. Harry’s Gourmet Deli also plans a wine tasting 5-7 p.m. Oct. 19 for $10 a person to benefit the Longboat Key Garden Club. Reservations: 383-0777 or www.harryskitchen.com.
